What you'll do

• Manage assigned GMP-regulated accounts as the primary customer contact
• monitor account health, service performance, and compliance
• identify risks and process gaps
• coordinate with warehouse, quality, validation, transportation, and regulatory teams
• support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, audits, and change management
• lead customer performance reviews
• maintain accurate documentation and system data
• resolve service deviations, claims, temperature excursions, and quality events.
