What you'll do

• Lead evening clinical intake and onboarding
• conduct initial nursing assessments and skin evaluations
• complete admission documentation
• reconcile discharge summaries, physician orders, and pharmacy profiles
• coordinate room setup and clinical equipment with hospital planners, care teams, and families
• initiate preliminary care plans
• communicate resident needs to nursing supervisors
• orient residents and families to facility routines.
