What you'll do
- Assist with origination, structuring, and coordination of residential and commercial mortgage loans
- review files for completeness, accuracy, and potential issues
- anticipate underwriting and documentation requirements
- help evaluate income, assets, credit, and liabilities
- review automated underwriting system findings
- communicate with processors, underwriters, lenders, borrowers, and other parties
- troubleshoot loan issues
- research products and guidelines
- monitor multiple loans and deadlines
- maintain loan information in operating systems
- assist with disclosures, lock requests, registrations, and conditions
- prepare files through closing and completion
- provide timely communication and follow-up.
