Reports To: Parts Manager / Parts Director. Summary: The Parts Counter person assists customers and service technicians by selling, sourcing, and providing automotive parts over the counter, through the service department, and via phone inquiries. This role supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
