Field Service Technician

Job overview

The Field Service Technician role is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA, with travel to job sites or other branches as needed. Pay is $25–$35 per hour. What you'll do

• Inspect hoists, fall protection, and rigging for safety and compliance with manufacturer, OSHA, and ANSI standards
• inspect, troubleshoot, estimate, repair, and proof-load test
• perform preventive maintenance
• evaluate and recommend repairs
• plan and prioritize service work orders
• document service and installation actions
• communicate with customers and sales to support timely service
• maintain company equipment and tools
• manage stock levels
• prepare repair and replacement proposal information
• keep training credentials current.
