What you'll do

• Plan, direct, schedule, perform, and check gas distribution construction and maintenance work
• lead crew installation, repair, and replacement of steel and plastic pipe
• train and coach crew members
• ensure gas and other utility lines are located before excavation
• oversee welding quality
• transport equipment and supplies
• provide first-responder assistance in emergencies
• complete required paperwork
• perform meter resets and relights and plugging and tapping procedures.

Why this role
