What you'll do

• Provide patient-centered clinical care
• perform initial and ongoing assessments
• communicate and document assessments with the interdisciplinary team
• develop and document individualized plans of care
• follow safety, medication, and documentation protocols
• revise care plans based on evaluation
• complete a clinical research utilization form
• maintain required continuing education, in-services, health screens, and BLS certification.
