What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, and dressing
• prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
• accompany patients on errands or medical appointments
• perform light housekeeping
• provide hospice supportive care and medication reminders
• assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises and care of bed-bound patients
• provide incontinence care and use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
