What you'll do

• Oversee production activity during the assigned shift
• coordinate up to 14 operators
• monitor workflow and production progress
• prioritize and stage work using ERP schedules
• address downtime and material-flow issues
• maintain safety practices
• perform quality checks and signoffs
• coordinate recuts and repair parts
• conduct visual management and 5S checks
• support onboarding, coaching, and operator development
• track and communicate KPIs
• provide shift updates and support continuous improvement.
