What you'll do

• Clean and clear dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses
• wash and put away dishes
• sweep and mop kitchen areas
• clean and polish kitchen equipment
• maintain clean and orderly work areas
• follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety requirements
• assist with food safety and production compliance
• report issues to a supervisor.
