What you'll do

• Apply working knowledge of nursing services, nursing administration, rehabilitation, geriatric nursing, the MDS, and its EMR application
• initiate, complete, and update care plans
• conduct in-service training for nursing staff on care plans, documentation, and EMR use
• monitor resident EMR records for consistency and content
• identify problems and communicate them to the Director of Nursing and relevant staff
• interact professionally with residents, families, and staff.
