What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, and hydration
• measure and record vital signs
• report condition changes to licensed nursing staff
• perform safe transfers and repositioning
• document care
• follow infection prevention and safety procedures
• provide emotional support and companionship
• collaborate with nurses and therapists.
