• Troubleshoot, repair, operate, and maintain production equipment
• respond to equipment issues and minimize downtime
• perform preventive maintenance and line changeovers
• document downtime and production information
• complete quality and production paperwork
• follow GMP, food-safety, quality, and safety procedures
• communicate equipment issues with supervisors and team members.
