What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• provide medication reminders
• prepare meals and assist with feeding
• perform light housekeeping
• offer emotional support and companionship
• document and report changes in client conditions
• encourage recreational activities and social engagement
• support client safety and well-being.
