What you'll do

• Maintain and initiate recordkeeping and key performance indicators for the Quality Department.
• Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) daily.
• Verify cooler and freezer temperatures.
• Perform environmental swabs and microbiological sampling.
• Obtain Chef Table samples.
• Assist the Quality Manager with training and initiatives.
• Conduct workstation inspections.
• Verify portion control weights.
• Conduct inspection checks for dispatch, galley, and equipment.
• Verify HACCP logs.
• Create charts, trending reports, and training materials.
• Monitor Regulated Garbage Standards.
• Support commissary locations.
• Train hourly employees.
