What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance personnel
• support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
• coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, equipment, and building operations
• prioritize projects and urgent needs
• assist with inspections
• perform minor repairs and equipment maintenance
• maintain supplies and records
• support safety systems and training
• and assist with emergency response and resident evacuation when necessary.
