What you'll do

• Lead deployment of the Manufacturing Execution System
• collect manufacturing data for yield, cycle-time, and productivity reporting
• design data warehousing and dashboards
• establish controlled application development and release processes
• develop manufacturing workflows and database-based solutions
• lead change management and end-user training
• ensure MES solutions comply with GMP, MIL, and ISO9001/AS9100 standards
• lead and develop data analysts
• integrate ERP, PLM, and payroll systems with MES
• conduct system audits and upgrades
• create a controlled manufacturing software repository.
