The Three-Year-Old Teacher role is onsite in Blacks Ford, FL. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The teacher joins Lil' Voyager's Academy’s early childhood education team. The role supports young children’s learning, safety, and development by delivering age-appropriate instruction and fostering social and emotional growth. It also contributes to each child’s progress through communication with parents and school staff and assessment of developmental milestones.

What you'll do

• Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum
• teach beginning reading and math skills
• support children’s social and emotional development
• use varied instructional methods and learning techniques
• communicate with parents and school personnel
• assess skills and performance against developmental milestones
• ensure children’s safety and assist with potty training.
