What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the tactical buying team
• oversee purchase orders, supplier communication, follow-up, and exceptions
• lead the supply-planning component of the S&OP process
• coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Strategic Sourcing
• manage replenishment strategies and inventory levels
• maintain ERP/MRP planning parameters and material data
• monitor supplier and inventory performance
• improve procurement processes, systems, reporting, and data quality.
