What you'll do

• Lead a team in setting up and monitoring aircraft maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations
• Manage group performance and budget
• Maintain accuracy of records in the SCEPTRE system
• Evaluate financial and staffing needs
• Maintain internal department self-audit programs
• Maintain a continuous improvement program
• Manage KPIs to measure performance
• Provide access to accurate records for operational purposes.
