Licensed Behavior Consultant (BCBA Preferred)

What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior and related assessments
• develop evidence-based treatment plans
• provide clinical supervision to BHT or RBT workers
• support direct one-to-one ABA therapy and treatment-plan implementation
• analyze session data and adjust programming
• support parents, teachers, community officials, and direct-care staff
• coordinate communication with supporting agencies
• complete session notes, logs, plans, and assessment paperwork.
