Direct Support Shelter Advocate

What you'll do

• Maintain appropriate social interactions with residents and assist as needed
• conduct shelter rounds
• help prepare, serve, and clean up meals
• intervene during medical, mental health, or interpersonal crises
• complete shift tasks
• maintain order and cleanliness
• monitor bedrooms, bathrooms, and dayrooms
• attend monthly staff meetings and required training
• may assist with room cleanups and packing rooms.
