Concierge

Job overview

The Concierge role is onsite in Hilliard, OH, with a variable schedule every other weekend, either 7 a.m.–3 p.m. or 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Compensation is $16.50–$17.50 per hour. True Connection Communities operates senior housing communities focused on active adult and independent living.

What you'll do

• Welcome visitors and provide a positive first impression
• answer and route calls
• notify residents of visitors
• process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• perform clerical tasks
• maintain emergency contact logs
• assist managers
• take event RSVPs
• coordinate transportation sign-ups
• provide community information and tours
• relay observed changes in residents’ health to supervisors.
