• ensure brand standards and food and beverage preparation standards
• communicate shift priorities, goals, and results
• complete shift deployment plans
• coach and train team members
• delegate tasks
• oversee safety, security, and profitability policies
• communicate with the next Shift Leader
• ensure food safety
• manage inventory and cash over/short
• provide guest service
• handle complaints, conflicts, and emergencies
• monitor attendance and punctuality.
