The role maintains and configures applications and infrastructure, documents requirements, evaluates options, and recommends solutions for ongoing changes and new initiatives. It also helps ensure security standards are met while coordinating with vendors, customers, and technical teams.

What you'll do

• Install and configure system and application components in Windows and Linux environments
• maintain COTS applications and configure changes for some SaaS products
• gather and document requirements
• research options and recommend solutions
• support application and server operations, monitoring, network and firewall needs, architecture diagrams, and vulnerability remediation
• collaborate with vendors, customers, and technical teams.
