What you'll do

• Supervise paving crews, plan daily work and assign tasks, monitor grading, rolling, and compaction, interpret project plans and specifications, coordinate with project personnel, inspect work quality, resolve job-site issues, maintain equipment, track labor and materials, complete reports, train crew members, and maintain an organized job site.
