What you'll do

• Review solicitations and construction documents
• perform quantity takeoffs and develop estimates
• solicit and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
• prepare bid forms, pricing narratives, and estimate files
• create turnover packages, trade scopes, procurement plans, and project logs
• coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, cost reporting, changes, and closeout
• support project budgets and estimate-versus-actual analysis.
