What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine.
• Keep dish area, sinks, floors, walls, and trash areas clean and organized.
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup after golf outings, banquets, and special events.
• Support kitchen staff by restocking clean pans and utensils.
• Help with basic kitchen tasks like trash removal and prep.
