• develop copy for Amazon listings, Shopify pages, A+ Content, social media, email, packaging, launches, and promotions
• maintain brand voice
• review listings and customer feedback to improve clarity and conversion
• research keywords, competitors, products, and markets
• collaborate with category managers, sales specialists, designers, and creative teams
• test and refine messaging based on performance and customer response.
