The role processes seafood in the production room and cold storage areas, preparing raw fish into finished products according to cutting orders. It supports accurate customer orders through quality checks, safe food handling, and clean work areas.

What you'll do

• Retrieve fish from cold storage and prepare it for cutting
• perform scaling, deboning, and evisceration
• interpret cutting orders and prepare finished products
• operate repackaging, seafood, and scaling stations and a strapping machine
• perform quality checks
• use the Canopy system for basic reports
• maintain clean work areas and follow HACCP and company food safety standards.
