What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• monitor property access and verify visitor and contractor authorization
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• document observations and incident reports
• report maintenance or security concerns.
