What you'll do
- Review sold jobs, photos, scope, materials, and specifications before installation
- create or review work orders
- coordinate schedules with sales, customers, and field personnel
- answer installers’ technical questions
- oversee lead installers and apprentices
- set expectations, monitor performance, coach employees, and help develop training plans
- check completed work
- follow up on callbacks and identify root causes
- monitor department KPIs
- improve workflows and ServiceTitan processes
- address customer concerns.
