Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents and identify housing needs
• provide information and conduct property tours
• lease apartments and follow up on leads
• coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• assist with lease preparation, renewals, and resident communications
• maintain resident records
• answer phones and inquiries
• follow fair housing laws and company policies
• assist the Community Manager and onsite team.
