What you'll do

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations and prepare systems, procedures, and operations manuals. Draft program milestone documentation for compliance with DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. Develop acquisition plans, strategy reports, procurement initiation documents, statements of work, funding documents, contract awards, agreements, and acquisition program baseline agreements. Assess procedures and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Support briefs, reports, meetings, conferences, review boards, and Program Integrated Product Teams
• apply business and technical methodologies to hardware, software, and service acquisition and life-cycle management.
