What you'll do

• Act as the community Personal Care Director during a vacancy
• conduct resident assessments and service plans
• oversee resident care and quality standards
• review and process physician orders using eMAR with pharmacy support
• verify resident ADL schedules
• collaborate with Human Resources on employee performance concerns
• support care-team training and development
• coordinate team transitions with the home office
• conduct monthly compliance audits
• support wellness leaders with ongoing training.
