What you'll do

• Evaluate performance quality and compliance
• set quality objectives and conduct evaluations
• partner with leaders to assess skill gaps and training priorities
• conduct post-training evaluations and coaching
• schedule, deliver, and facilitate individual or group training
• reinforce mandated and departmental training
• participate in improving learning and development systems
• consult on e-learning and learning technology solutions
• collaborate on service and process improvements
• assist with new initiatives and system releases
• manage Gateway exception-handling operations, including warehouse and ramp searches and key-account hypercare.
