What you'll do

• Manage plant-level quality systems and processes
• lead continuous improvement using corrective action systems
• monitor customer complaints and recalls with Technical Service
• conduct quality audits and develop improvement plans
• manage formulary flow from R&D to plants, including formulas, test methods, specifications, and manufacturing procedures
• reduce waste and defective product inventory through rework and problem-batch minimization
• manage the local lab budget and support a safe, healthy work environment.
