The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid, approximately 75% remote and 25% in person, with the team based in Glen Burnie, MD. Compensation is $110–$125 per billable hour. Neurosprout ABA’s Baltimore team provides ABA clinical services with administrative support. The BCBA provides ethical clinical care by assessing needs, guiding treatment, and supporting behavior technicians. Flexible scheduling and clinical growth opportunities are available; the posting lists both part-time and full-time opportunities and expects 15–30 hours per week.

• Provide ABA clinical services
