What you'll do

• Structure and close new and used vehicle deals while coaching Product Specialists. Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate team members
• set goals and provide ongoing support. Manage CRM data and sales logs, confirm appointments, and ensure follow-up. Coordinate with the Finance Manager on deal structure and F&I turnover. Address customer concerns, manage staffing and schedules, and assist with meetings, training, advertising campaigns, and incentive programs.
