The role helps enterprise clients realize business value from Risk Cloud and strengthens customer relationships through coaching, escalation support, and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach Customer Success Managers across the United States and United Kingdom
• oversee renewal, retention, expansion, and forecast metrics
• support at-risk accounts and complex customer escalations
• develop customer success standards and playbooks
• align team goals using OKRs
• collaborate with Sales, Implementation Services, and Product
• support executive business reviews and product feedback
• and coach teams on Risk Cloud AI capabilities.
