The Shift Leader role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Lead and supervise team members during shifts
• prepare and serve juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and cleanse products to brand standards
• train and coach crew members on recipes, procedures, and customer service
• monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
• maintain a clean, organized, food-safe environment
• handle customer inquiries and concerns
• open and/or close the store using established protocols and checklists.

Why this role

Prior food-and-beverage, quick-service, or retail experience is preferred; leadership experience is a plus. A Food Handler’s Certification is required or must be obtained upon hire. The schedule may include flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
