What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing with planning, coordinating, and managing daily nursing operations
• supervise nursing staff and maintain staffing levels and skill mix
• support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
• mentor nurses and CNAs
• ensure care aligns with CMS and Massachusetts Department of Public Health regulations
• review resident care plans and documentation
• oversee infection prevention and control
• participate in quality assurance and performance improvement
• serve as a clinical resource for complex care situations.
