What you'll do

• Coordinate rental equipment and accessory inventory, deliveries, and pickups
• liaise between customers and branch departments
• maintain company and client procedures
• prepare paperwork and reports
• answer and route branch calls
• manage RentalMan on/off rents
• dispatch deliveries, pickups, and service calls
• issue and receive purchase orders
• monitor accounts receivable reports
• create and monitor rental contracts and delivery tickets
• conduct periodic weekly safety meetings.
