Transaction & Reconciliation Specialist

The Transaction & Reconciliation Specialist role is an onsite position in Portland, OR, with pay of $23–$27 per hour. What you'll do

• Maintain and reconcile point-of-sale transactions and financial records for assigned locations
• review vendor invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation
• post transactions accurately in NetSuite
• investigate discrepancies and bookkeeping issues
• partner with service center managers on financial accuracy and compliance
• support month-end close and reporting
• identify process improvements
• coach managers on financial procedures and documentation.
