What you'll do

• Troubleshoot customer technical challenges
• provide customer service to golf-course operators using proprietary software
• remotely connect to customer PCs for training, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• address device, printing, networking, and basic SQL issues
• advise clients on software use
• maintain client relationships
• escalate issues
• document cases in Salesforce
• suggest product or process improvements.
