What you'll do

• Operate a company vehicle safely and follow safety procedures
• complete scheduled service orders
• diagnose and resolve issues with residential and commercial water-treatment equipment
• explain equipment status and service options to customers
• collect payments and assist with past-due receivables
• install or remove equipment and pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves
• complete paperwork and service orders.
