What you'll do

• Manage formal, informal, and supervised probate matters from opening through final distribution and closing
• communicate with executors, administrators, and beneficiaries
• prepare and file pleadings, inventories, accountings, notices, and court documents
• address creditor claims, contested wills, and disputes among heirs
• coordinate with trust administration, estate planning, and paralegal teams
• represent clients at hearings, mediations, and contested probate litigation
• maintain case files and calendaring.
