Route Merchandising Associate — Campbell Territory

The Route Merchandising Associate role is onsite in Campbell, CA, with route coverage in Milpitas, San Jose, San Martin, East Palo Alto, and surrounding areas. The associate travels independently between assigned stores to maintain product presentation, inventory accuracy, and planogram compliance. The work includes merchandising, displays, resets, and coordination with store personnel to keep products stocked and customer-ready.

What you'll do

• Travel throughout the assigned territory using a personal vehicle
• conduct store audits, product resets, and merchandising
• maintain planogram compliance
• install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays
• down-stock products and maintain shelves
• assess inventory with store personnel and recommend replenishment or place orders as needed
• answer product questions and represent Signature Retail Services and its client partners professionally.
