What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship production-grade machine-learning systems for content safety and policy enforcement
• lead technical initiatives across detection, classification, and policy evaluation
• develop and maintain moderation models, including multimodal and LLM-based systems
• build evaluation frameworks and continuous improvement loops
• run experiments to improve performance, reliability, and fairness
• collaborate with Trust & Safety, Legal, and Public Affairs
• mentor engineers and contribute to ML strategy and prioritization.
