What you'll do

• Stock and set up kitchen stations
• clean and cut ingredients and prepare menu items
• cook and plate food according to guidance
• coordinate with the expo to complete orders on time and to standards
• wash and clean kitchen utensils and store equipment at shift end
• follow kitchen hygiene and food-safety procedures.
